  • Where are you located?
    Playas.t916 is located in Sacramento CA. We accept all orders worldwide. *Clients are responsible for all Shipping Costs*
  • Do you have a store where I can drop my shoes off?
    Playas.t916 store front is on the way real soon! But for now all orders can be received via shipping. Any clients that are local in Sacramento, CA can text to arrange for order meet up/pick up.
  • How do I pay?
    Playas.t916 takes payments through Zelle and Apple Pay. Cash is also accepted if you’re doing a local meet up.
  • Are there any discounts or promotions for bulk services?
    Yes, 4-9 pairs will get a 15% discount. Big bulk orders 10+ pairs will get a 25% discount.
  • How do you take your payments?
    All payments are taken upfront before any work is done to the shoes.
  • How do I go about shipping?
    Shipping is covered by the customer to allow choice of company, method, insurance and signature delivery address will be provided once invoice is paid for.
  • What is the turnaround time for my shoes?
    It all depends on the services the shoes need and the number of shoes ahead of you. Communication will be provided if the wait time exceeds 5-7 business days. If you are looking for expedited services, please ask us about our express options.
  • What steps should I take before sending my shoes for restoration?
    Please package shoes WITHOUT the shoe box it helps persevere space for more shoes and saves you money on the shipping cost. (Read Terms and Services)
  • What is your refund policy?
    There's absolutely NO REFUNDS! (Please read over Terms and Services).
